However, according to a recent poll, employees are mainly attracted to organizations where they can build relationships that have a place in their professional and personal future. What's Up in 2017

We will soon celebrate the transition into a New Year, which is a perfect time for each of us to create personal education goals for 2017. We are currently in the process of developing an exciting education calendar that helps us reach our goal of promoting Mentorship and Wisdom Sharing in our educational offerings. Our education will be designed to focus on the 10 key competency areas and integrate the skills and management areas that create well-rounded club managers.
